Feel: switches, sound and haptics Pro

Sixteen recorded switches, separate sound and haptic strength, and a way to hear it before you commit.

The master switch

At the top of Feel a header switch turns NuKey's custom sounds and haptics on or off. Off falls back to the standard iOS click and tap. Your choices are kept for when you turn it back on.

NuKey ProUntil Pro is unlocked NuKey types with the stock iOS click and no haptics.

Choose a switch

Sixteen switches, recorded and modelled: the Cherry-style Reds, Browns, Blues, Blacks, Greens, Clears, Whites and Oranges, then Ink, Cupid, Drift, Snow, Jupiter, Pearl, Aurora and Moss. They sort into linear, tactile and clicky. Tap one to hear it. A tile can also serve as the sound source for your own custom switch.

Haptic and sound strength

Haptic strengthHow firm the tap under your finger is.
Sound strengthHow loud the key click is.

They are independent, and either can go all the way down to nothing. Choose Apply & Try after changing anything to feel the result.

Things that surprise people

  • Haptics need Full Access.
  • The click is NuKey's own, so it follows your media volume and the silent switch, not the iOS keyboard-click setting.
  • In Nuke Mode, separate Sound and Haptics switches control the standard iOS feedback instead.
